Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Partner is a full-time remote position responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with hiring regulations
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive recruiting experience
  • 2 years of experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Preferred certifications include PHR or SHRM-CP
  • Ability to work remotely and utilize basic office equipment
