Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Partner is a full-time remote position responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with hiring regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive recruiting experience
- 2 years of experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Preferred certifications include PHR or SHRM-CP
- Ability to work remotely and utilize basic office equipment
