Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Partner will work full-time in a remote capacity, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and hiring technical talent while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically identify and engage candidates using various sourcing techniques
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to advise on sourcing strategies and create job descriptions
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2 years of technical recruiting
- Experience with ATS systems is preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for the talent acquisition process and process improvement
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
