Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Partner will work full-time in a remote capacity, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and hiring technical talent while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically identify and engage candidates using various sourcing techniques
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to advise on sourcing strategies and create job descriptions
Required Qualifications
  • 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2 years of technical recruiting
  • Experience with ATS systems is preferred
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for the talent acquisition process and process improvement
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
