Job Summary
To enhance Smartcat's talent density, the remote, full-time Talent Acquisition Partner will leverage an AI-first, data-driven recruiting approach to identify, attract, and close high-performing talent across Go-to-Market, Product, Engineering, and G&A functions.
Key responsibilities
- Independently manage complex searches for roles from Individual Contributor to Director level while driving rigorous evaluation processes
- Utilize AI tools to improve sourcing, outreach, and decision-making, while continuously experimenting with new recruiting technologies
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, using talent market intelligence to influence hiring strategies and ensure high hiring standards
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS, AI, or startup environment
- Experience hiring across both Go-to-Market and R&D organizations
- Proven success managing complex and high-priority searches in fast-changing environments
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to increase productivity and improve recruiting outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities across manager to executive level
