Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will advise hiring managers, manage full-cycle recruiting, and enhance the candidate experience while shaping workforce strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers to co-design effective hiring approaches and advise on role design and interview structures
- Own end-to-end recruiting for various roles, sourcing talent, conducting in-depth screens, and leading offer negotiations
- Deliver a respectful hiring experience and act as a brand ambassador, collecting candidate feedback to drive continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience with a focus on strategic advisory
- Proven success in recruiting for federal contractors or government IT services
- Experience as a hiring manager partner, shaping roles and influencing decisions
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong knowledge of OFCCP compliance and federal contractor hiring obligations
