Job Summary

Owning the full cycle recruiting process, the full-time Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with hiring managers to attract, select, and deliver high-quality candidates while maintaining a transparent and engaging candidate experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from job posting and sourcing to selection and offer delivery
  • Partner with hiring managers through structured intake and provide ongoing consultation on selection best practices
  • Maintain accurate data and compliance in recruiting systems while supporting team-wide hiring needs through sourcing assistance
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience for entry-level to mid-level or high-volume roles
  • Strong consultative skills and experience advising on offer strategy
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools and a compliance-focused mindset
  • Experience negotiating offers within established guidelines
