Job Summary
To support corporate functions, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will lead full-cycle recruiting for DaVita Integrated Kidney Care Analyst roles, manage active requisitions, and build talent pipelines while acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a consistent workload of 12 to 20 active requisitions across corporate and analytical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define role success and establish clear hiring metrics
- Proactively build and maintain robust talent pipelines using creative sourcing methods
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting or related talent acquisition experience
- Proven success managing an active desk of 12-20 complex requisitions simultaneously
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Workday, and intermediate MS Office skills
