Job Summary
To drive recruiting efforts and achieve hiring targets for assigned service lines, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, and build strong talent pipelines while ensuring positive candidate experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborates with leadership to design and execute talent acquisition strategies for assigned service lines
- Executes recruiting efforts to meet hiring targets while maintaining compliance with guidelines and processes
- Builds and maintains long-term relationships with candidates and external staffing partners to support talent acquisition needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the Consulting or healthcare IT sectors
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding hiring targets
- Strong understanding of the talent acquisition function and relevant industry trends
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
