Job Summary

Collaborating with business partners and human resources, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the recruitment process, develop effective strategies for filling positions, and serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders to understand job requirements and create effective recruiting strategies
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract a diverse and qualified slate of candidates for open positions
  • Screen, interview, and select candidates while promoting a positive company image to potential hires
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and/or experience
  • 4+ years of related experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Experience with HR systems and applicant tracking systems
  • Understanding of corporate policies, including HIPAA regulations
  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships with management and candidates
