Job Summary
Collaborating with business partners and human resources, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the recruitment process, develop effective strategies for filling positions, and serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders to understand job requirements and create effective recruiting strategies
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract a diverse and qualified slate of candidates for open positions
- Screen, interview, and select candidates while promoting a positive company image to potential hires
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and/or experience
- 4+ years of related experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Experience with HR systems and applicant tracking systems
- Understanding of corporate policies, including HIPAA regulations
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships with management and candidates
