Job Summary
Serving as a strategic partner in a remote full-time capacity, the Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding execution, and talent experience initiatives to attract and engage exceptional talent while enhancing the overall candidate and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to define talent needs and drive effective recruiting strategies
- Lead full-cycle recruiting and manage contingent workforce processes in collaboration with business leaders
- Oversee pre-boarding and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration for new hires
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR-related roles
- Demonstrated experience with employee lifecycle stages, including onboarding and record management
- Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy
- Strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
