Job Summary

Proactively managing end-to-end recruitment activities, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with hiring managers across Northern and Southern Europe to attract and engage high-quality talent for Engineering, Digital Technology, and Software teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing to onboarding handover
  • Develop and execute candidate attraction strategies using various sourcing methods
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and advise on best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening
  • Strong sourcing capability across multiple channels and platforms
  • Ability to assess candidates against technical requirements and role fit
  • Confident using recruitment data and market insights for decision-making
  • Experience within corporate recruitment is beneficial; agency experience may also be advantageous
