Job Summary
To support a growing talent acquisition function, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will build and enhance the candidate experience, manage recruiting infrastructure, and lead outbound sourcing efforts for technical roles while collaborating with executives and hiring managers.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full candidate journey, ensuring intentional communication and a compelling hiring experience
- Configure ATS workflows and establish data reporting to streamline the recruiting process
- Lead outbound sourcing for technical roles, ensuring compliance and consistency in hiring practices
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical roles
- Proven experience in building or improving a recruiting function
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and ATS automation
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
- Strong knowledge of the US market with global recruiting exposure
