Job Summary
Serving as a business partner to hiring managers, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner II will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop sourcing strategies, and engage with the Talent Sourcing Function to attract and hire qualified candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies while providing counsel to hiring managers
- Manage the recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, assessing candidates, and negotiating offers
- Establish and maintain solid working relationships with hiring managers and assist with hiring decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of recruitment experience in a corporate or agency environment
- 2-3 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or marketing
- Demonstrated ability to set a talent strategy and build diverse applicant pipelines
- Understanding of employment law and experience with behaviorally-based interview techniques
