Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full cycle recruiting, build candidate pipelines, and facilitate the hiring and onboarding process across various segments within the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to facilitate the hiring process and identify talent
- Manage a high volume of positions, conducting candidate phone screens and overseeing interview scheduling
- Maintain accurate documentation on candidates and recruiting activities while ensuring effective communication throughout the hiring process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of four years of high-volume full cycle recruiting experience, with two years focused on executive or senior level hiring
- Prior experience with global recruitment and cloud-based applicant tracking systems preferred
- Healthcare and revenue cycle management (RCM) experience preferred
- Experience working with consultant agencies and firms
