Job Summary
To drive talent acquisition initiatives, the full-time Contract Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full-cycle recruiting for professional and technical roles in a remote capacity, collaborating with hiring managers and developing sourcing strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver full-cycle recruiting support for salaried and exempt professional and technical roles
- Lead recruitment activities including candidate screening, interviewing, and offer development
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies for manufacturing and engineering talent, utilizing various sourcing methods
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, particularly in manufacturing and engineering
- Proven experience sourcing and recruiting for multiple levels, including entry-level and senior-level technical roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong experience with internet-based resume databases and direct sourcing tools
