Job Summary

To attract and hire exceptional talent across corporate functions and revenue-driving teams, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and enhance employer branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to onboarding across various functions
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide insights on talent decisions and market dynamics
  • Maintain talent pipelines through inbound management and proactive sourcing strategies
Required qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of recruiting experience, with 1-2+ years in-house in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven success in sourcing passive candidates and building diverse talent pipelines
  • Experience influencing hiring decisions through data and market insights
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in ATS data management
  • Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and AI recruiting platforms
