Job Summary
To attract and hire exceptional talent across corporate functions and revenue-driving teams, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and enhance employer branding initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to onboarding across various functions
- Partner with hiring managers to provide insights on talent decisions and market dynamics
- Maintain talent pipelines through inbound management and proactive sourcing strategies
Required qualifications
- 2-4+ years of recruiting experience, with 1-2+ years in-house in a fast-paced environment
- Proven success in sourcing passive candidates and building diverse talent pipelines
- Experience influencing hiring decisions through data and market insights
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in ATS data management
- Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and AI recruiting platforms
