Job Summary
Partnering closely with hiring managers, the full-time Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full cycle recruiting process, from requisition launch to offer delivery, while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own full cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including job posting, sourcing, selection, and offer delivery
- Guide hiring managers through structured intake meetings and ongoing consultations to ensure effective hiring strategies
- Maintain accurate and compliant data in recruiting systems while supporting team-wide hiring needs during peak periods
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience supporting large scale hiring initiatives
- Strong consultative and stakeholder partnership skills
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools and a compliance-focused mindset
- Experience using AI tools to enhance efficiency in the talent acquisition process
