Job Summary
Leading full-cycle recruitment for site-based positions, the full-time Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with site leadership and HR to attract and hire top talent for various clinical research roles while working remotely with occasional travel.
Key responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance and pre-boarding handoff
- Develop search strategies and position profiles in partnership with hiring executives and site leaders
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical roles across a national network
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in the healthcare sector
- Experience in clinical research, healthcare, or life sciences preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment law as it applies to recruiting
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
