Job Summary
To support a growing cybersecurity company, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will partner closely with leadership to define hiring needs, manage the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM roles, and leverage market insights to attract high-caliber candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent strategies and recruitment needs across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Manage the entire recruitment process for GTM roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation and closing
- Provide market intelligence and insights to support informed hiring decisions and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on GTM roles in the U.S. market
- Deep understanding of the U.S. GTM talent landscape, including competitive dynamics and compensation expectations
- Proven success in hiring for roles such as Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Marketing positions
- Experience in high-growth startups, with the ability to navigate pace and ambiguity
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing tools
