Job Summary
Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, the remote Talent Acquisition Partner will identify, attract, and secure top talent while collaborating with hiring managers and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversees the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions
- Collaborates with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with business needs and workforce planning
- Monitors and analyzes recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with inclusive hiring practices and knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Skilled in using social media and professional networks for recruitment purposes
