Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and build relationships to attract top talent in the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume healthcare positions and specialized roles
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking and online sourcing channels
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of Talent Acquisition or Human Resources experience
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience in high-volume healthcare environments
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
