Job Summary
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Business Partner will identify, attract, and hire top talent while partnering with hiring managers to ensure alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruiting process from requisition launch to offer acceptance, including conducting intake calls and screening candidates
- Utilize multiple sourcing platforms to build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, providing insights on market trends and advising on sourcing strategies
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle HVAC recruiting experience
- Experience sourcing through platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit
- Proficiency in using an ATS (e.g., JazzHR, Greenhouse, UKG Pro)
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
