Job Summary
To support global scaling efforts, the proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Partner will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both business and technical roles, partnering closely with hiring managers while working remotely in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment across business and technical functions, collaborating with hiring managers to define needs and strategies
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies, creating and nurturing talent pipelines for critical roles across key markets
- Utilize recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring effectiveness while enhancing the candidate experience
Required qualifications
- University degree with 3-5 years of in-house recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Proven experience in hiring across business functions and exposure to technical roles
- Strong recruiting background in the DACH market, with additional experience in the UK, France, Spain, Latam, or the US being a plus
- Exceptional sourcing skills with a track record of generating hires through proactive outreach
- Extensive experience with ATS and recruitment technologies, ideally Greenhouse and/or Ashby
