Job Summary

To support a growing team in transforming mental healthcare, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will attract and hire top talent for clinical and corporate roles, collaborating with department leaders to manage the candidate experience from sourcing through offer.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with department heads to create and execute hiring plans
  • Source and screen active and passive candidates for a wide range of roles
  • Evaluate and improve recruiting strategies based on performance data
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or a related TA role
  • Strong ability to understand position requirements across various functions
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing principles and sourcing strategies
  • Proficient in leveraging recruitment and sourcing tools, including ATS platforms (Lever preferred)
