Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Business Partner will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete recruiting process from requisition launch to offer acceptance, including conducting intake calls and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Utilize various job boards and sourcing techniques to proactively identify and engage talent, while tracking and reporting on sourcing effectiveness
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, providing insights on market trends and ensuring alignment on job requirements and hiring timelines
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of full-cycle HVAC recruiting experience
  • Experience sourcing through platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn
  • Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess skills and cultural fit
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) like JazzHR or Greenhouse
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
