Job Summary
Partnering with hiring managers to rapidly generate pipelines, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will own full-cycle searches for business, G&A, and go-to-market roles while maintaining meticulous documentation and utilizing data-driven insights to optimize recruitment efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, for various roles across the organization
- Utilize Greenhouse and other sourcing tools to maintain accurate documentation and track candidate progress
- Analyze recruitment metrics to enhance search strategies and improve pipeline efficiency
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of direct full-cycle corporate recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or technology environment
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, with the ability to independently configure jobs and manage postings
- Expert-level skills in LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools, including talent CRMs and boolean search strategies
- Strong data-driven mindset, capable of managing recruitment metrics and translating data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on behavioral interviewing and professional written correspondence
