Job Summary
Partnering with hiring managers to drive business and go-to-market roles, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full-cycle recruiting processes, generate candidate pipelines, and utilize data-driven insights to optimize searches while maintaining confidentiality and organizational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment processes for business, G&A, and go-to-market roles, ensuring timely and effective candidate sourcing
- Utilize Greenhouse and other sourcing tools to manage candidate pipelines and optimize recruitment strategies based on funnel metrics
- Collaborate with hiring managers to provide guidance on best practices for candidate assessment and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring process
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of direct full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- Proficiency in Greenhouse for job configuration, interview scheduling, and assessment integration
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools, with strong skills in boolean search strategies
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to manage recruitment metrics and translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional interviewing skills and strong written communication abilities
