Job Summary
Partnering with hiring managers to rapidly generate candidate pipelines, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full-cycle recruiting for business, G&A, and go-to-market roles while maintaining meticulous documentation and leveraging data-driven insights.
Key responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruiting processes for middle management, specialists, and associates across various business functions
- Utilize Greenhouse and other sourcing tools to optimize job postings, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure effective communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Analyze funnel metrics to independently synthesize insights and enhance recruitment strategies, ensuring timely and efficient hiring
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of direct full-cycle corporate recruiting and sourcing experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or technology environment
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, capable of independently configuring jobs and utilizing assessment tools
- Expert-level skills with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools, including talent CRMs and boolean search strategies
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to manage searches using funnel metrics and optimize recruitment processes
- Exceptional behavioral interviewing skills and immaculate written communication
