Job Summary

Partnering with operational leaders, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, manage exempt and leadership searches, and enhance candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet immediate and long-term hiring needs
  • Drive talent pipeline development through innovative sourcing strategies and community partnerships
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and labor market trends to improve hiring outcomes and influence talent acquisition strategies
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Experience managing high volume job requisitions and utilizing applicant tracking systems
  • Demonstrated experience with sourcing and job posting platforms
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with leaders and peers within the organization
