Job Summary

To support rapid hiring needs across multiple locations, the remote Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume, non-clinical positions while partnering with leaders to design sourcing strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-clinical and high-volume roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and strategies
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods
Required qualifications:
  • 1+ years of recruiting experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment tools, with Greenhouse experience a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
