Supporting a high-volume hiring period, the full-time Talent Acquisition Partner will own full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles, ensuring candidate engagement and collaboration with hiring managers in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, focusing on Tech/Engineering and Support roles
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on role requirements and timelines
  • Source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines using AI-assisted tools
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly for technical roles in SaaS or technology companies
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume, multi-requisition workload independently
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with AI or automation tools in the screening process
  • Clear and professional communication skills with hiring managers and candidates
  • Self-directed contractor mindset with low ramp time and minimal oversight needed
