Job Summary
Supporting a high-volume hiring period, the full-time Talent Acquisition Partner will own full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles, ensuring candidate engagement and collaboration with hiring managers in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, focusing on Tech/Engineering and Support roles
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on role requirements and timelines
- Source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines using AI-assisted tools
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly for technical roles in SaaS or technology companies
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume, multi-requisition workload independently
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with AI or automation tools in the screening process
- Clear and professional communication skills with hiring managers and candidates
- Self-directed contractor mindset with low ramp time and minimal oversight needed
