Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, develop effective sourcing strategies, and engage with hiring managers to attract top-tier talent, particularly in Advance Practice Provider recruitment.

Key responsibilities
  • Source, assess, and pre-qualify candidates to align with organizational needs and candidate career goals
  • Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including AI technologies and social media, to engage active and passive talent
  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics within the ATS to provide insights and guide hiring managers in the selection process
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of talent acquisition experience in a healthcare setting
  • Proven experience with the talent acquisition process, including sourcing and offer negotiation
  • Experience supporting health plan operations or managed care organizations, with clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proficient in using a web-based Applicant Tracking System and MS Office products
