Job Summary
Owning the entire recruitment function, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Business Partner will lead workforce planning, sourcing, and offer negotiation while partnering with leaders to shape hiring strategies and build diverse talent pipelines.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across corporate functions in the U.S., Canada, and Costa Rica
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and build proactive talent pipelines using modern sourcing techniques
- Analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements while championing an inclusive hiring process
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience as a primary recruiter in a growing organization
- Proven success in recruiting across a broad range of corporate functions, including high-volume hiring and specialized searches
- Strong sourcing expertise with a track record of building diverse, high-quality talent pipelines
- Experience using ATS platforms and AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve productivity and hiring outcomes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
