Job Summary

To support the growth of the organization, the full-time Talent Acquisition Partner will source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates while collaborating with Hiring Managers and HR to develop strategic sourcing strategies in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand job requirements and develop strategic sourcing strategies
  • Source, recruit, and facilitate interviews for qualified applicants while ensuring effective communication throughout the selection process
  • Maintain compliance with employment regulations and ensure documentation of candidate progression in the applicant tracking system
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a contract, corporate, and/or agency environment
  • Proven track record of implementing full recruiting life-cycle strategies to attract and hire candidates
  • Demonstrated knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with Workday is a plus
  • Proficient in skill and behavioral-based interviewing techniques
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and build trusting relationships
