Job Summary
To support a growing Diagnostics Recruitment team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the end-to-end recruiting process for approximately 50-70 requisitions, develop strong business partnerships, and ensure compliance with recruiting regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, utilizing creative methods to identify and assess talent
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to drive recruitment processes and maintain effective communication
- Maintain a strong external network to build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 5 or more years of full life-cycle recruitment experience within the healthcare industry
- Proven ability to meet recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate diversity
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Prior utilization of productivity tools for managing recruitment tasks
