Job Summary

Leading the development of university and inclusive recruiting partnerships, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will create sustainable talent pipelines and strategic relationships with educational institutions and key talent communities to enhance OCHIN's mission of improving healthcare access across America.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the strategic lead for university recruiting and inclusive talent partnerships, generating measurable hiring outcomes
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with HBCUs, HSIs, and other organizations to enhance talent attraction strategies
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes while providing strategic guidance to hiring managers and leveraging recruiting metrics for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
  • Approximately 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on developing talent attraction strategies
  • Proven success in establishing strategic partnerships with educational and workforce development organizations
  • Experience in university and inclusive recruiting strategies that yield measurable results
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills within a matrixed organization
