Job Summary

Executing full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Behavior Technician (BT) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will manage sourcing, screening, and offer delivery while collaborating closely with clinic leaders to ensure timely and high-quality hires.

Key responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end recruiting execution for BT and RBT roles, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
  • Manage high-volume requisitions aligned to forecasted clinic needs and maintain accountability for hiring outcomes
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through various sourcing strategies and partner with onboarding operations for timely candidate handoff
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent AND 2-3 years of progressive experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition roles
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field AND 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or staffing roles
  • Experience sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates in competitive labor markets
  • Proficiency using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience for BT, RBT, or other frontline healthcare roles (preferred)
