Job Summary
As a full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner (CEMI), the successful candidate will serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and ensuring compliance with university policies while enhancing the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to create and implement strategic recruitment plans
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Consult with hiring managers on recruitment strategies and provide guidance throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing and offer negotiation
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience in developing and maintaining competitive talent pipelines
