Job Summary

As a full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner (CEMI), the successful candidate will serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and ensuring compliance with university policies while enhancing the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to create and implement strategic recruitment plans
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Consult with hiring managers on recruitment strategies and provide guidance throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing and offer negotiation
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience in developing and maintaining competitive talent pipelines
