Job Summary
To ensure high-quality talent acquisition, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full-cycle recruiting activities, collaborate with hiring managers, and enhance the candidate experience while promoting the company's culture and values.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all stages of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and offer facilitation
- Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create candidate pipelines
- Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field preferred, or substantial professional experience in lieu of a degree
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
