Job Summary
Owning full-cycle recruiting, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will manage sourcing, hiring, and onboarding processes while collaborating with hiring managers and leadership to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for open roles, including proactive candidate sourcing and managing the candidate experience
- Coordinate interview logistics and serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Enhance the new-hire onboarding experience and contribute to the development of early-stage talent processes
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with in-house exposure
- Experience recruiting for technical roles in a tech company is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with an ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to work independently and manage requisitions without heavy oversight
- Some exposure to onboarding or HR operations is beneficial
