Job Summary
Supporting the recruitment for US GTM teams, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full-cycle recruiting processes, from sourcing to offer, while utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in a specialized market focused on AI security.
Key responsibilities
- Run full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify candidates who understand technical buyers and partner ecosystems
- Conduct interviews and debriefs to ensure quality hiring decisions and maintain pipeline data for transparency with hiring managers
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically for GTM roles in a security or security-adjacent B2B SaaS environment
- Experience building candidate pipelines from scratch without relying solely on inbound applications
- Proven collaboration with sales or marketing leaders to understand successful hiring criteria
- Familiarity with AI tools in the recruiting process or a proactive approach to integrating them
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open roles while maintaining candidate engagement
