Job Summary

Managing full-cycle recruitment for various roles, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, assess candidates, and enhance the candidate experience while supporting employer branding and recruitment process improvements.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for entry-level to professional roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide market-informed recruitment strategies
  • Utilize sourcing tools and market intelligence to identify and attract both active and passive candidates
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field preferred
  • 4-6+ years of related experience in talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English
  • Experience in developing sourcing strategies and managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
