Job Summary

Driving the full lifecycle hiring process, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with business leaders to develop recruitment strategies, source and interview candidates, and enhance onboarding programs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Design and deliver effective onboarding programs in partnership with HR and business leaders to integrate new hires successfully

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Expertise in sourcing strategies and applicant tracking systems
• Experience supporting onboarding and orientation programs is preferred
• Experience providing guidance or supervision to recruiting or sourcing team members is preferred
