Job Summary

Experienced in startup environments, the full-time Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, executing creative and targeted recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through various platforms and maintain candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and support hiring decisions

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a startup environment
• Familiarity with fast-paced hiring processes and ability to thrive in a dynamic setting
• Experience hiring for GTM roles in the US is a significant plus
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English; Hebrew is a plus
