Job Summary

To support inclusive hiring practices, the full-time remote Talent Partner will manage the recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and enhance global talent acquisition strategies while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and lead structured recruitment processes
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, assessment, selection, and offer negotiation
• Develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent and maintain accurate recruitment data

Required qualifications

• At least three years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within an in-house Talent Acquisition team
• Strong experience in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates across various roles and levels
• Proven track record of building candidate pipelines using diverse sourcing methods
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruitment records
• Knowledge of employment law and fair-hiring practices
