Job Summary

To support the North America Talent Acquisition team, the contract Talent Associate Partner will work remotely to attract, source, and select top-tier talent with Sales backgrounds while collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across various channels
• Manage offers and negotiations, ensuring successful outcomes for both candidates and clients

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a full life cycle Talent Advisor/Partner
• Experience in a consultative advisor role driving the recruitment process
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
