Job Summary

To support the recruitment of Advanced Practitioners across multiple outpatient mental health clinics, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the candidate experience, develop recruitment strategies, and drive the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals
• Leverage market data to attract clinical professionals and enhance recruitment efforts
• Manage candidate workflows and maintain compliance throughout the recruitment process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience in Advanced Practitioner and/or physician recruiting
• Experience in recruiting within the behavioral health sector (preferred)
• AAPPR certification (preferred)
