Job Summary

Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, the part-time contract Talent Acquisition Partner will partner with hiring managers, oversee candidate management, and coordinate interview logistics, all while providing an exceptional candidate experience, with the option for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across corporate and technical positions, ensuring alignment with hiring needs
• Coordinate with external recruiting agencies and maintain communication to ensure candidate quality
• Support onboarding and assist with general HR projects and employee lifecycle activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in biotechnology or life sciences
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and executive leaders
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
