Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will develop customized recruitment strategies, implement innovative sourcing techniques, and collaborate with hiring managers to attract high-quality candidates while managing the recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for high-volume clinical and administrative positions
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including job requisition management and candidate communication

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1-3 years of recruitment experience required
• Preferred 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources
• High School diploma or equivalent with five years of relevant experience may substitute for education and experience requirements
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel
