Job Summary

Managing full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles, the full-time Talent Acquisition Partner will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for various requisitions, ensuring roles are approved and managed through the hiring process
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build high-quality candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers and leadership, influencing hiring decisions and ensuring alignment with best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Four (4) or more years of related work experience
• Experience in managing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to mentor or provide guidance to junior team members as needed
