Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Summary

Focused on recruiting and developing a diverse talent pool, the full-time Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full cycle recruitment process for exempt and non-exempt positions in a remote environment while collaborating with hiring managers and providing a high-touch candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Directly source and coordinate the placement of top talent to support leadership needs
• Identify innovative sourcing strategies and partner with hiring managers on recruitment processes
• Manage multiple job requisitions across various locations while contributing to continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition practices

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on strategic recruiting
• 5+ years of recruiting experience across multiple disciplines such as Life Sciences and IT
• 2+ years of experience using Workday as an Applicant Tracking System
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced in sourcing candidates through various channels
